Working on 3Ms

3Ms.... Muda, Mura and Muri
these are basically Japanese terms.
Muda (無駄) |  is a Japanese word meaning "futility; uselessness; idleness; superfluity; waste; wastage; wastefulness", and is a key concept in the Toyota Production System (TPS) as one of the three types of variation (muda, mura, muri). Waste reduction is an effective way to increase profitability, which in Japan are widely recognized as a reference to a product improvement program or campaign. A process adds value by producing goods or providing a service that a customer will pay for. A process consumes resources and waste occurs when more resources are consumed than are necessary to produce the goods or provide the service that the customer actually wants.
Mura (斑) |  is a Japanese word meaning "unevenness; irregularity; lack of uniformity; nonuniformity; inequality". Mura, in terms of business/process improvement, is avoided through Just In Time systems which are based on keeping little or no inventory, rather supplying the production process with the right part, at the right time, in the right amount, and first-in, first out component flow. Just in Time systems create a “pull system” in which each sub-process withdraws its needs from the preceding sub-processes, and ultimately from an outside supplier. When a preceding process does not receive a request or withdrawal it does not make more parts. This type of system is designed to maximize productivity by minimizing storage overhead.
Muri (無理)  | is a Japanese word meaning "unreasonableness; impossible; beyond one's power; too difficult; by force; perforce; forcibly; compulsorily; excessiveness; immoderation".
Muri can be avoided through standardized work. To achieve this a standard condition or output must be defined to assure effective judgment of quality. Then every process and function must be reduced to its simplest elements for examination and later recombination. The process must then be standardized to achieve the standard condition. This is done by taking simple work elements and combining them, one-by-one into standardized work sequences.

I started to look on wasting time elements and work and eliminating this too. I started working on 3M but not perfectly like half cooked food nor eatable neither destroyable but you want to eat it too... so this situation may not last long, just want to focus on the journey of success!
I really learn with these term and visualization and checking my life on this parameters. it seems to me that I only wasting my life.
I know the obstacle of life but No Problem :)
Have a courage and fun to deal with them.
Don't loose the spirit & keep moral high by keeping happy myself.
and wasting my time specially by watching TV a lot and fasting time on FB by watching pictures...
avoid wasting time because its not only time its wasting ''me'' actually.
